This year at the СTT exhibition, Technotrade LLC will present a well-known professional manufacturer of DINGLI lifts, one of the largest enterprises in China.

Visitors will see a line of lifts for high-rise work with a working platform:

• • Scissor self-propelled lifts (electric and diesel) from 5 m to 32 m.
• • Electric self-propelled boom lifts from 11 m to 44 m.
• • Diesel self-propelled cranked and telescopic lifts from 16 m to 44 m.
• • Personal and warehouse compact lifts from 5 m to 14 m.

Among them is the model of the diesel crankshaft lift BA28RT (28.1 m, horizontal reach 19.4 m). The new BT/BA series was developed jointly by Dingli and the Italian Research and Development Center (R&D).

The counterweight and center of gravity of the entire series of lifts are shifted downwards to increase stability and load capacity when working at height. The use of high-quality components, such as DANA Spicer axles, Bosch Rexroth hydraulic system and Danfoss PVG hydraulic control system, make it possible to guarantee uninterrupted and safe operation. Lifts are characterized by:

• • four-wheel drive and 4WS (crab stroke and minimum turning radius);
• • automatic alignment;
• • compact dimensions in the transport position to reduce transportation costs.

The exhibition will feature models of electric scissor lifts from 8 m to 16 m. Dingli scissor lifts are widely used in industry, trade, construction and other fields, including, but not limited to, shipyards, nuclear power plants, aerospace industry, logistics and warehousing, high-speed metro, tunnel construction, film and TV filming, interior and exterior decoration, urban construction, etc.

The production of lifts is equipped with the latest technology, with a fully robotic line. A special welding process and increased strength of cylinder rods are used.

During production, multilevel quality control is carried out. The exceptionally high-quality, expensive materials used in the manufacture and many years of experience ensure reliable, safe and efficient operation of lifts, convenient maintenance and other advantages. The entire product line has quality and safety certificates according to international standards, including CU-TR standards in Russia.
