TATMASH company will acquaint the exhibition participants with the road construction equipment produced: asphalt mixing and soil mixing plants, systems of cold and hot recycling of asphalt granulate.

Two series of stationary asphalt concrete plants of cyclic action — Start and Sputnik - will be presented. Asphalt plants have a wide range of performance — from 60 to 160 t/h. To work according to the new standards, they are equipped with a vibrating screen that sifts 5 or 6 fractions of hot material. The plants are equipped with nodes and aggregates of reliable suppliers. The installations use a bag filter unit, an automatic control system and software in Russian.

In addition to the Asphalt plants, the Russian manufacturer will introduce visitors to the stand with installations for the production of bitumen-soil, cement-soil mixtures and lean concrete. The Standart series soil mixing plants are available with a capacity of 300 to 600 tons per hour and have low energy consumption. The main processes in the plant are carried out simultaneously, the finished mixture flows in a continuous stream. The components are mixed in a two-shaft continuous mixer. The technological process is controlled by an industrial controller

The design features of the Standart series facilitate the installation of equipment on prefabricated foundations (concrete slabs), and its dimensions, made in auto—size, make it easy to transport from one object to another. Standard series units and assemblies are manufactured using components from China and South Korea. This approach provides customers with high-quality equipment at an affordable price.

This year the company will present several new products. These are cold and hot recycling systems. A series of TATMASH.ColdRAP for feeding cold asphalt crumbs into the mixer allows you to add up to 20% asphalt granulate. A series of TATMASH.HotRAP for feeding hot asphalt crumbs into the mixer allows you to add up to 75% asphalt granulate.
