The specifics of the ‘M-Constructor’ plant, which produces equipment for reinforced concrete plants, does not allow to demonstrate real samples within the framework of the trade fair: the dimensions, weight of most metal shapes and more complex products do not provide for their placement on the stand. But even in such a situation, there is a way out – miniature 3D copies with constant updating of the model range. A compact cassette installation (CI) of the European model has been added to the already traditional exhibition exposition.

At the end of last year, the plant mastered their production, delivering two cars to the largest developer – the LSR company. Their advantages can be combined in compactness, quality, quantity.

On 150 square meters of area (for one CU), the possibility of forming a full cycle, including heating and vibration, of wall panels or hollow floor slabs with a maximum size of 7370x3100 mm is realized. When stripping, the compartments are opened, after which the product is removed and removed to the side, which is impossible.

The ideal flatness of the forming surface, magnetic formwork, centralized control of vibration, hydraulics, heat and humidity treatment modes and the availability of software eliminate the need for additional processing after removal. Slabs or panels can be sent to the construction site almost immediately.

Simultaneous molding of 20 products with changeable lower and side sides to change the thickness of the products is convincing and to the question of quantity.

Speaking about the key feature of such machines, it is impossible not to say about the service distance between compartments. It is 1200 mm, which makes the changeover convenient and operational.

As a result, cassette installations are the optimal equipment for those who build a lot. It is no coincidence that the increased interest of visitors to the plant's stand was directed to this novelty.
