SPM plant (‘Construction Lifting Machines’) presented a novelty at the trade fair – the crane drilling machine Vector V1211.

The mounted drilling equipment itself is developed and manufactured by Stroymashkomplekt company in St. Petersburg. Final assembly and installation on the KAMAZ chassis, documentation are already being carried out at the production facilities of SPM company in Naberezhnye Chelny. This is a completely domestic development created within the framework of the import substitution program, ready to replace in the near future such models of imported BCM as SOOSAN SCA5000 (SA040C) and KDC 5600.

As materials for the sections and the bed, grades of steel with increased strength are used. This made it possible to reduce the number of elements of internal reinforcement of the structure and redistribute them in a more efficient way. The arrow itself became hexagonal that further increased its strength parameters.

A number of metal aggregates and blocks were replaced with similar composite ones, which made it possible to reduce their weight by 5 times and increase their service life by 2 times. Due to the reduction of the metal consumption of the installation by integrating the superframe and outriggers, it was possible to significantly reduce the weight of the equipment and simplify installation on the chassis of not only KAMAZ, but more compact models. The use of the imported components has been minimized, they are less than 8% now. They are either produced in ‘friendly countries’ or can be replaced with domestic ones without loss in quality.

Two-flow hydraulic system, drilling on the third flight, it is possible to connect additional hydraulic equipment. The reliability and the right to use it are confirmed by all necessary certificates and permits. These advantages and a number of other features have made the VECTOR V1211 BCM one of the most popular machines of this category on the domestic market.
